1. Fast Dispatch = Fast Slay

We pack and ship your order within 24–48 hours.
(No shipping on Sundays & national holidays — even nail queens need a break.)


2. Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, your Pinkk goodies reach you in:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 days
  • Non-Metro: 5–7 days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 days

Good things take time… but not too much time.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid: ₹50–₹100 (location-based)
  • COD: Small extra fee applies

Because convenience costs a tiny bit!


4. COD (Cash on Delivery)

Yes babe, COD is available on most pincodes!
If your area isn’t eligible, we’ll let you know ASAP.


 5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link straight to your email/SMS.
Stalk your Pinkk package anytime, guilt-free.


6. Delivery Issues

If the courier can’t reach you due to:

  • wrong address,
  • unreachable phone, or
  • missed delivery attempts

…your parcel may be sent back to us.
Don’t worry — we can reship it with a small extra fee.


 7. Damaged or Missing Items

Not the vibe?
Mail us within 24 hours at care@thepinkkco.com with unboxing pics/video.
We’ll fix it faster than you can say “Press. Slay. Repeat.”


8. International Shipping

Not yet, babe — for now, we ship only within India.
Global Pinkk takeover coming soon!


 9. Cancellations

Once your order is shipped, we can’t cancel it.
If you made a mistake, mail us within 2 hours of placing the order.


10. Address Updates

Typed the wrong address? Happens.
Just email us within 2 hours of ordering.
After dispatch, we can’t make changes.
