“You”, “customer”, “user” refers to anyone browsing or purchasing from our website.
“Products” refers to all nail sets and related accessories sold here.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or using the website under parental/guardian consent.
By using the site, you confirm this.

3. Product Information

We try our best to display accurate colors, styles, and product details.
However, screen brightness and lighting may cause slight variations.
Spoiler: our nails usually look better in real life. ��

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices shown are current and final.
We accept UPI, cards, wallets, and COD (where available).
We reserve the right to change prices anytime — but once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, that price is locked for you.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders within 24–48 hours (except Sundays & national holidays).
Delivery timelines depend on your pincode.
Once shipped, courier delays are out of our control — but we’ll always support you.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Exchanges or refunds are allowed only if:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item.

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

You’re responsible for:

  • Keeping your username/password safe
  • All activity under your account
